Springfield native Jim Fulgenzi was elected to the Park Board in 2003. Fulgenzi currently serves at the chair for the Liaison Committee. Fulgenzi, a graduate of Springfield High School, later earned a bachelor’s degree from Illinois State University. Fulgenzi is a Springfield Park District resident, a local realtor with RE/Max Professionals and homebuilder here in Springfield. Fulgenzi is also an active member of many community based clubs and organizations.
