Junior Golf Camps
The Junior Golf Camps are instructional programs for boys and girls ages 6-15 years. Junior Golf Camps consist of 12 hours of instruction by PGA Professionals that will cover all facets of golf including etiquette, Rules of Golf, putting, chipping and full swing instruction.

COST: $75.00/camp
CAMP #1: June 9-12 from 9:00 am - 12:00 pm each day
CAMP #2: June 23-26 from 9:00 am - 12:00 pm each day
CAMP #3: July 7-10 from 9:00 am - 12:00 pm each day
The first 3 days of instruction will be held at Lincoln Greens G.C.
The last day of camp will consist of play at Pasfield G.C. with lunch following.
Junior Golf League
The Springfield Park District Junior Golf League is an 8 week program in June and July that provides junior golfers ages 8-17 the opportunity to play in a weekly organized 9-hole golf league with various formats of play. The location and time of play is age dependent as follows:

Ages 8-11 at Bergen G.C. on Fridays with tee times from 9:00 - 11:00 a.m.

Ages 12-13 at Pasfield G.C. on Fridays with tee times from 10:00 - 12:00 p.m.

Ages 14-17 at Lincoln Greens on Wednesdays with tee times from 12:00 - 1:00 p.m.
The cost for the league is as follows:

Bergen & Pasfield = $71.00 ($15.00 registration fee + 8 green fees @ $7.00 each)

Lincoln Greens = $81.00 ($15.00 registration fee + 8 green fees @ $8.25 each)

Jr. golfers that have a season pass at their appropriate course will only be required to pay the $15.00 registration fee.

Registration forms for the league will also be available at the course the child will be playing. Registration begins April 28, 2008.
GROUP GOLF LESSONS
The Springfield Park District will offer a series of 4 1-hour golf lessons to be held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings throughout the spring. Taught by PGA Professionals, each session will provide instruction on all aspects of the game including pre-shot fundamentals, putting, chipping, and full swing. Students will also get an opportunity to go on the course and learn proper etiquette and the Rules of Golf. In addition, each student will receive a certificate for one 9-hole round of golf to be used at either Pasfield or Bergen G.C. The Group Golf Lessons will be offered at the following dates and times:

The fee for the series of lessons is $80.00 for an adult and $65.00 for juniors. Registration begins March 15th. To register, stop by Lincoln Greens Golf Course at 700 E. Lake Drive or call 786-4111. Each session is limited to the first 15 registrants.
PRIVATE GOLF LESSONS
