The Illinois Senior Olympics Games, sponsored by the Springfield Park District in conjunction with the ISO Advisory Board, were created to promote active lifestyles for seniors. Each year more than 900 men and women, 50 years of age and older, come together to participate in competitive and recreational sporting events.
