Learn to Dive 

Description 

This recreational diving program will provide the youth of Springfield & Sangamon County an opportunity to learn and perfect the sport of one-meter springboard diving. Our instructors, Elisha Beard & Matt Woodson will be coaching all levels of participants

Participants must pass a swimming skills test prior to participating in this program.

Diving: Competitive 

Description

Fall Group Swim Lessons

Description 

Our program introduces participants to essential swimming skills, progressing toward independent swimming. On the first day, swimmers are assessed and placed into one of six skill levels. Each level builds upon the last, with specific goals to achieve before advancing. Classes are led by trained instructors and maintain a low 5:1 student-to-instructor ratio to ensure personalized attention and a supportive learning environment.

Description
