SPRINGFIELD PARK DISTRICT HOSTS MONTHLY MOVIE IN THE PARK SERIES FOR 2022 – FRIDAY’S MOVIE LINEUP
[Springfield, IL] – The Springfield Park District is excited to announce May’s Movie in the Park Friday, May 20th at the Velasco Tennis Center. Grab your friends, children, blankets and join us for a FREE movie in the park!
In conjunction with Capitol Radio Group, the Springfield Park District is excited to be able to present this series each summer. Friday’s movie will be “King Richard” so come out and enjoy this great feature in the setting of Velasco Tennis Center. Come early as we will have family FUN activities before the show.
Movies in the Park is a free program where families and the entire community are invited to join us as we bring a big screen movie to your community parks on Fridays. Movie’s begin at dusk. These are truly great events.
The next Movie in the Park will be on Friday, June 3rd at Robin Roberts Stadium.
